Service Description

Silks - Foundations classes are about building strength, balance, and technique for ages 14+. This class is strictly for beginners so you’ll be in good company! Foundations classes are geared toward those who have never been on aerial silks, or any aerial apparatus. We will show you the basics of working with the silks; which includes learning about footlocks, climbs, and the conditioning necessary for the next level. Foundations classes are required in order to advance to the next level.
