Service Description
*NEW STUDENTS OR GUESTS: Please add your experience in the comments section when you sign up* These classes are an advanced level fabric. Once you've accomplished the prerequisites that you will learn in Levels 1 -2, you are ready for the next challenge. We will get more creative with endurance building and strength conditioning. Poses, movements, and Drops are taught in phrases to help you learn the Aerial language and understand how to create on your own.  *Prerequisites: Double Footlock in the air and egg beaters, climb 20 feet, 5 strict pull-ups, multiple inverts in the air, solid knowledge of drop theory*
