Lvl 2: Hammock

Service Description

Wether you are new to aerial arts, or well versed in silk theory our Hammock class is a great opportunity to expand your aerial horizons. This class will help you condition, cross train, and learn a new way to express yourself in the air. This is one of our rotating classes and spots are limited, so sign up in advance! See you in the air! Pre-reqs: Invert front hammock, invert in air, pull-up into hammock. Basic understanding of Hammock & silk wraps. *Please note we do not offer youth classes at this time. All sessions are for 14+*

Cancellation Policy
